TRIANGLE places the utmost importance on the safety and well-being of its members and anyone else who participates in and contributes to our program, including students, fellows, faculty, patient and family partners and advocates, funders, collaborators, industry mentors, contractors, and staff.
TRIANGLE members have the right to a learning environment and community that is professional, respectful, and collegial.
TRIANGLE prohibits discrimination, harassment and unprofessional behaviour in any of the learning environments it creates and/or supports—TRIANGLE events, training programs, experiential learning locations, and in the laboratories of TRIANGLE awardees and faculty members.
TRIANGLE will respond if the environment is compromised, work to rectify the situation, and address the underlying personal and/or systemic issues that led to the creation of a unsafe environment for our member(s).
Detailed guidelines for addressing intimidation, harassment and other unprofessional behaviour will be shared with all members of TRIANGLE, including awardees, once they have been finalized.
